Jungian & Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in Cambridge

Both Cambridge and Jungian psychotherapy attract those who are not satisfied with surface answers. If something feels unresolved, deeply challenging, or unsettling, or you sense there is more to understand about yourself than you have yet reached, this may be the right place to start.

That includes people who are struggling. Some who come here are in real pain, worn thin, or in recovery from breakdown or a difficult period in life. The depth of this work is not a barrier to that. Often it is exactly what is needed.

The work draws on a Jungian and psychodynamic blend: Contemporary Jungian, Relational Psychoanalytic, Object Relations, and neuroscience-aware. Being with a psychotherapist who works in this way has a particular texture; mythic, emotional, relational, and honest. The psyche is treated as something worth taking seriously, not just symptoms to be managed, but a life to be understood.

People travel from across the region to work here, from Huntingdon, Ely, St Ives, Newmarket, Royston, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, and further out, and find it worthwhile.
